Justus Koeliker will be our Club Methodology and Elite 64 boys-development Director. 

Justus has proven over the years that he is capable developing players to the next level. He will be leading our great group of coaches who are working with our boys-teams in the Elite 64. 
We will work with an age specific development plan, creating a framework that shows a consistent level of development for all our Elite 64 teams and our regular UYSA teams.
Justus will work together with our club director Marco, Girls Director Mitchell and Academy Director Nic to develop Sparta to the best boys and girls-academy in Utah.

This is one of the steps taken in the last couple of weeks to develop our club structure and management team.
