Sparta United 99 Premier Girls Win Boise Performance Cup
Sparta United 99 Premier Girls coached by Andrew Cuppett and assisted by Shane Swensen went undefeated to win the Boise Performance Cup in the U10 Girls division. Boise Performance Cup was held May 1-3, 2009.
In the preliminary matches, Sparta won Les Bois Rapid Fire and BCSC Kai by the same score of 5-0. In the semi-final round, Sparta won Twin Falls Rapids with a score of 8-1. Sparta won BCSC Hucles in the final match with a score of 2-1. Congratulations, Sparta United 99 Premier Girls!

Sparta United 96 Premier Girls Win in Vegas
Utah Youth Soccer Association would like to congratulate coach Matt Long and his Sparta United 96 Girls Premier team for winning the Las Vegas Premier Tournament March 29, 2009.
In the preliminary round Sparta beat South Valley Strikers from California and Pride Copa 96 from Colorado. They tied Las Vegas Premier 96 White from Nevada and continued to the finals by earning the most points. The championship game was won by Sparta by 2 goals to 0 goals in a game against Eagles SC Eagles from California. Sparta 96 Premier Girls is coached by Matt Long.

Sparta Man-U - World Soccer Champions!
Congratulations to the championship team of Sparta Man-U, U-15 boys 3v3 soccer team. As members of Sparta United they competed in the World Soccer 3v3 Championship Tournament in Orlando Florida . The boy's age group consisted of 19 teams from 11 different states and Mexico . The championship match was played against a team from Indianapolis , Indiana with Man-U coming out on top with a final score of 6-3. Great work boys!
