95 Matt Long
Sparta 95 Select is an outstanding girls team that finished tied for 2nd in the Premier Division in Fall 2008, 2nd in the Premier Division in Spring 2008, and was a State Cup Semi-Finalist in May 2008. In the 2008-09 season, the team will be a U14 girl team (for girls born between August 1994 and July 1995), playing in the Premier Divison and traveling to tournaments throughout the West. The head coach is Matt Long. Matt has just won back-to-back State Cup championships (2007 & 2008) with his Sparta girls team who play one year younger.
The team plays in tournaments in Utah and the Mountain West. This year's schedule is projected to be:

Las Vegas Mayor's Cup (Oct. 2008) (Nevada) (semi-finalist)

Las Vegas Premier Touranment (Mar. 2009) (Las Vegas, NV) (to be played)
