93 John Gebhard

Welcome to Sparta 93,
a member of the oldest and most established Soccer Club located in Utah, Sparta United. Our players are enthusiastic and serious about soccer! We train to attain excellence...possibly sacrificing wins. Excellence will eventually lead to success on and off the field! However, soccer is a game and so, we must have fun!! In training, matches, wherever! Additionally, we continue to challenge our team by playing very good out of state teams in either friendlies or tournaments. If this sounds like a great time, it is, but you must be serious. Interested potential players should contact our coach, John Gebhard, at mailto:drjode@comcast.net

Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness, that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be? ... Your playing small does not serve the world. There's nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you.... It's not just in some of us; it's in everyone. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same.
